Limited Warranty
Laser Specialist warrants each
cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for
a period of one year from date of shipment or the date of hand
delivery.
Laser Specialist cartridges have been
remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring
performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment
manufacturer.
Laser Specialist will, at its option,
repair the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of the
cartridge found to be defective, if cartridge in question still has
75% of its toner remaining. Cartridge weight will be used to determine
the amount of toner remaining.
Laser Specialist cannot guarantee copy
quality if a worn or damaged optic drum is installed in your cartridge
against Laser Specialists recommendation. This limited warranty covers
all defects encountered in normal use of the cartridge and does not
apply in the following cases:

(a) Loss or damage to the
cartridge, or to the laser or copier machine with which it is
utilized, due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident,
electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating
instructions, maintenance, storage and environmental conditions
prescribed in the instructions manual.
(b) If Laser Specialist
determines that toner in the cartridge was depleted through use
as prescribed in the instruction manual.
(c) If any cartridge has had any
of the Laser Specialists labels or dates altered or removed
(d) Laser Specialist cannot
guarantee copy quality if a worn or damaged optic drum is
installed as per customer’s instructions, if scratched, or if
marks are found due to improper handling or storage.

No implied warranty, including any
warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
applies to the cartridge after the applicable period of express
warranty stated above, and no other express warranty or guaranty,
except as mentioned above, given by any person, firm or corporation
with respect to the cartridges shall bind Laser Specialist. Neither
Laser Specialist for any other person, firm or corporation, is
responsible for loss or profits, personal injury or property damaged
(unless caused by their negligence), expense or inconvenience, or for
any other special, incidental or consequential damage caused by the
cartridges. This limited warranty shall not extend to anyone other
than the original purchaser of the cartridge, or the person for whom
it was purchased as a gift. |
